If she does Clive there will be hell to play with, believe you me..
Was really really impressed with Lucys attitude last night, the race was obviously set up for the winner as Trap 2 was guaranteed to move off going into the bend thus leaving the way through for the 1 dog,as it turned out Trap 1 pinged and did'nt need the 2 helping her but 2 still moved off and Lucy showed great courage for a novice in going through the middle of the dogs on the bend, she runs the bends like a dream and although beaten 5(Big looking 5 i.m.o)she was not being caught by the other runners.
I honestly believe she could be a star when things drop in place.

Lucy clocked 29.44, her split was 5.07. What a good attitude she has. Powered out and kept on all the way.

Well done Lucy but my poor 3 legged retiree is not a happy bunny, she nearly shit herself as i was screaming that hard at the telly..lol....Still shes had time to recover and will realise it was worth it.....lol...
Only caught a glimpse of her back end but she does look to have muscled up a bit unlike the Blue Wooly Bear i sent down..........lol.....
Well done again guys really pleased for you all....

Excellent results the last few days, having dogs in the puppy club means that whilst we have some of the dogs off the track we still have others runnning and winning to keep everyone happy and interested, as when you only own one dog which gets injured it seems like forever before it is back racing again. Thanks Dave for putting nice pups into the club. Long may it continue

Pam
To some this might sound crazy but i actually think shes improved from tuesdays run,if you look at the whole picture of her race last night, she missed break, flew to the turn wereby she got slightly crowded, down the back straight she had nowere to go and was all over the dog in front of her,she did tie up a wee bit coming home but she put in so much to try get into the race...
NOW.......... If she had broke well she'd have just about turned in 1st place, this would have gave her a clear run all the way and wouyld have went mighty close to winning, her time last night was only 4 lengths slower than tuesdays all the way success and from what i seen i reckon there was more than 4 lengths lost overall.
Mark my words she WILL win an open for all of you.

Thanks Lauren
Lucy ran really really well having screwed coming out the boxes, she paced up to the bend very nicely wereby she got round in front, she quickly put 3 lengths on the 2 and 3 but sadly 2 moved off the rail allowing 3 through and the writing was on the wall as 3 is a 6 and 8 bend Open Racer but she only got beat just over 1 length and must have been 4 clear of the rest of the field, once she strengthens up she'll be a lovely lovely bitch for everyone..
