I agree with that Shaun But I must admit to feeling more than a little worried as she came round thelast bend having been in that position more than a few times but she strode out well. I would liked to have had a bit more encouragement from the kennel but it doesnt seem important enough how well the dog is on the day ,the reaction I got was when I asked was if it wasnt well it wouldnt be running --well there is no arguing with that either.

Well we cant complain as Peggy runs today with no upgrade and every chance of leading the field up again and then its a case of holding on, come on Peggy, go get that bunny

Peggy ran a super race even though she missed the break she was clear at the bend but more imporatant was the way she stayed on and indeed came back at the winner.

She is flying at the mo m8 in my opinion she is a confidence runner as she gets one win and we just know another win is around the corner

Peggy flew the traps, she was a few lengths up going into the first bend, there was a bit of trouble behind, the five dog moved along side her going into the thirdand fourth bends and took the lead, Peggy was then in a photo for second and eventually finished third. Even though she was third her pace from the traps to the first bend was brilliant

With the way Peggy has been trapping recently, is there a chance of us asking Julie to try and get Peggy in a small sprint open race as with the amount of early pace she has im sure she would go well in a sprint open
